Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass die Meinungen, Äußerungen, Darstellungen und Aktionen unserer Teilnehmer, nicht zwangsläufig die Meinung und den Geschmack der r.evolution of mind (kurz: r.eom) widerspiegeln müssen. Die r.eom versteht sich als eine Gemeinschaftsplattform, die Austausch und Diskussion ermöglicht und ist dabei kein Verein, keine Organisation und keine sonstige Gesellschaft im Sinne des BGB oder HGB. Unsere Teilnehmer sind für alle ihre Meinungen, Äußerungen, Darstellungen, Handlungen und Aktionen persönlich verantwortlich und haftbar. Alle Rechte (z.B. Urheber- und Verwertungsrechte) und Pflichten, die sich aus der Tätigkeit im Rahmen der r.eom für unsere Teilnehmer ergeben, verbleiben bei diesen selbst.

Alle Rechte am Namen „r.evolution of mind“ bzw. "r.eom" , dem Logo, der Website, deren Layout und Inhalte, liegen bei der Plattform selbst, gemeinschaftlich vertreten durch deren Gründer Hilbert von Sturzbach und ToM Manegold. Diese Elemente dürfen nicht ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung kopiert, verwendet oder verändert werden.

We expressly declare that all of our participants' opinions, utterances, interpretations and actions don't inevitably mirror the opinions and gusto of r.evolution of mind (r.eom). r.eoms self-conception is as a community which enables intercommunion and discussion and is neither an association or organisation nor a company for the purpose of law. All opinions, utterances, interpretations, activities and actions are self-accounted by our participants.
All rights(as copy and exploitation right) and responsibilities which are associated with r.eom are reserved to the participants themselves.

The community itself keeps all rights for the name "r.evolution of mind" and "r.eom", the emblem, the webpage and its design and content and is within that conjointly represented by the founders Hilbert von Sturzbach and ToM Manegold. These items must not be copied, used or manipulated without explicit consent.
